Ginger garlic paste can be prepared every week on sundays when you have time, All you need to do is just Wash some ginger garlic and add a pinch of salt or a drop of vinegar and grind it and store it in a bottle and refrigerate it.You can use this for the required dish when ever you want rather then you prepare them freshly. It saves more time.

2. When you store Green chillys in frigde, make sure you remove the stem on top and put it in a airtight plastic box and it remains for a long time.

7. If you boil vegetables in water, do not throw the water, keep it to make gravies.

8. Always use ghee or vanaspathi with or instead of oil, which gives a good flavour to the gravy. If oil alone is used, it does not get separated easily from the ground mixture, as ghee separates from it.

9. When you boil dhall, make sure to add a pinch of turmeric powder and few drops of oil. This will cook the dhall well and smashy.
